Charles B. Flint, II - President and Founder
During a 32 year banking career, I held positions as a small business, middle market, and workout lender for regional sized banks and was a Senior Vice President from 2004 - 2017. In each of these positions I held I noted a common thread: the management and owners of small business and lower middle market sized companies frequently lacked the necessary experience to effectively respond to the challenges faced when their company underperformed the expectations of themselves or their financing source.

CBF Business Advisors, Inc. was established in 2017 to provide a wide range of financial restructuring and management advisory services to the owners and management of small and lower middle market sized companies.
